1 John 2:28-3:10 – Living in God’s Family, a sermon by Rev. Ralph Adams.

Congregation, Colin earlier read a passage from 1 John 2 & 3.  From that passage, I have chosen as a text for my sermon this morning, verse 28 from 1 John 2, a verse that holds the entire passage together.  I have entitled this sermon, “Living in God’s Family.”  I’ll read the text again: “And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from him in shame at his coming.”  (1 John 2:28)
